My name is Maria Antonietta Bagatti and I am registered in the Roll at No. 2536 as a Real Estate Agent and registered in the Roll No. 351 as an Expert and Appraiser of the Court.
I was born and live in Montecreto (MO), a small and delightful mountain village, surrounded by unspoiled nature, which always gives me great satisfaction.
I like to think that life should be lived with warmth and smiles, trying to give substance to one’s passions and dreams!!!
I am characterized by modesty, generosity, passion, enthusiasm, a sense of belonging and team synergy, among people with the same mindset. I love customer relations and care, following the motto Those who don’t give everything, give nothing.
I love traveling to discover new cultures and get to know new places, painting and reading.

My name is Vanis Marafante and I am Antonietta’s partner. I have been working in the field of condominium administration since 1977, gaining extensive experience.
I love the tranquility of my hobbies such as vintage cars and Star Wars and I am a lover of good food.
We usually set goals and pursue them, making available our experience and the value of an authentic relationship.
We can help you throughout the Monte Cimone area, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, particularly in the municipalities of Fanano, Montecreto, Sestola and Riolunato.
